Rezoning application R100 to Townhomes - application 2022-00033

rezoning application has been submitted by developer D.R. Horton to allow a 43 unit Townhome complex to be built at 4264 Five Forks Trickum Rd. The 1st rezoning hearing recommended denial, but the final vote is with the Board of Commissioners. That 2nd rezoning hearing will be held on Aug 23rd, 7pm. Please take this survey up until the 2nd meeting.
